Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consumer data collection, data procurement, or alternative data sourcing
• Strong understanding of data broker networks, third-party data APIs, and programmatic data acquisition techniques
• Expertise in Python, SQL, web scraping frameworks (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium), and API integrations
• Familiarity with big data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google BigQuery) and AI-driven data enrichment tools
• Deep knowledge of consumer behavior analytics, targeted marketing data, and financial transaction data
• Understanding of data privacy laws and best practices for ethical data sourcing
• Ability to work on sensitive, high-value data projects with discretion and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Identify, acquire, and aggregate consumer data from multiple sources, including data brokers, web scraping, API integrations, public records, and alternative data channels
• Build and optimize automated programs to collect and structure data at scale, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Develop strategies for acquiring purchase history, financial transactions, browsing behavior, and consumer trends for use in commercial and political analytics
• Utilize AI-driven tools and big data platforms to refine and enhance collected datasets for segmentation and hyper-targeting
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, FCRA, etc.) while maximizing data collection efficiency
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to integrate consumer data into actionable insights for clients
• Stay ahead of emerging data procurement technologies, marketplace trends, and legal frameworks
