Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience managing, building, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns – you’ll need to understand the ecosystem inside and out.
  • SEO and digital marketing knowledge – our products serve performance marketers, so familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital analytics is key.
  • Experience using GitHub and Jira for project management.
  • Strong understanding of ad tech platforms, tracking, and attribution models.
  • Ability to use tools like Postman/Fiddler to test APIs and troubleshoot ad-related integrations.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to define product requirements and translate business goals into technical solutions.
  • Ability to write clear, detailed product tickets in GitLab, complete with screenshots and cURL requests to help streamline issue resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset, ensuring smooth workflows and optimal ad performance.
  • Ability to record Loom videos to demonstrate usability issues, report bugs, and present potential solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage ad tech-related features and integrations, ensuring they align with market needs and business goals.
  • Attend daily Scrums and work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Test and validate ad management workflows, bidding strategies, targeting options, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Identify and report usability issues, bugs, and workflow inefficiencies within ad tech-related features.
  • Advocate for an exceptional user experience (UX) and intuitive UI design across all advertising tools.
  • Conduct user research and testing, gathering insights to improve product functionality and performance.
  • Ensure software products meet quality and performance standards through rigorous testing.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the role as the company and product grow.
