- Provide feedback and training to medical scribes, transcriptionists, and other documentation personnel to improve overall documentation quality.
- Identify trends, common errors, and areas of improvement, and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT), and evolving healthcare documentation standards.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews by preparing reports and tracking quality metrics.
