Requirements:

3-5 years at a SaaS company in product enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, or a related role.
Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs for GTM teams.
Experience taking product and technical concepts and translating them into high-quality enablement materials and training sessions.
Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration with people in Product, PMM, Solutions Engineering, and GTM Leadership.
Experience with Learning Management Systems, Gong, and other training tools.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the Enablement team’s expert on Postscript’s products and features.
Develop and execute strategies to ensure internal teams understand and communicate product value effectively.
Create engaging enablement materials, including training decks and internal product documentation.
Lead live training sessions on product features, positioning, and usage for GTM teams.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and GTM Leadership to align training initiatives with feature launches.
Partner with Solutions Engineering to identify and address enablement opportunities for GTM.
Manage the inbound integrations request process, prioritizing based on strategic impact.
Gather insights from teams and customers to refine enablement resources and training.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance enablement effectiveness.
