• Create and implement innovative content calendars and promotional campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize revenue streams
• Work directly with creators to understand their unique brand identity and audience preferences
• Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies
• Train new creators on effective monetization techniques specific to their content niche
