Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
- Experience reviewing Oncology patients for clinical research
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to work in an agile and expanding team environment
Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and apply oncology guidelines to potential gaps in a patients’ care (i.e. Tempus Next)
- Evaluate patients against specific genetic and clinical inclusion and exclusion criteria using various Tempus systems for care gap identification
- Work with multiple data sources, including EMR databases, to extract relevant information for orders with predicted care gaps
- Work collaboratively with technical and operational teams to improve and expand Next & strengthening clinical and technical support for providers participating in Next
