Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or Bachelor's degree.
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sector.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
- Residence in the greater Baden-Württemberg area or willingness to relocate.
- Driver's license and a high willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with pharmacy contacts.
- Advise and support the optimal presentation of our products.
- Present new products and conduct product training.
- Plan and implement sales-promoting measures to increase the visibility of our brands.
- Achieve the agreed sales targets through strategic planning and implementation of measures.
- Use our CRM system for efficient visit preparation, data collection, and order processing.
- Organize local customer events and support the Education department at regional events.
- Regular exchange with the internal and external sales, marketing and education team.
- Participation in national conferences.
