Requirements:
  • 5+ years of client management / sales experience within agencies and/or digital B2B marketing environment.
  • Interest and experience in the technology sector
  • 5+ years’ experience working with creative studio environment, working with core insight, content and demand programs to serve B2B.
  • 5+ years’ experience in cross-channel integrated marketing programs, Including ABM and Media, with a primary focus of executing programs of activities that convert to sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service whilst maximizing business opportunities, growth and efficiency.
  • Understand client compensation structure and the implications of plan changes.
  • Provide the client with regular status updates on project progress vs agreed KPIs.
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Work across all integrated service offerings to ensure that the teams are provided with a sufficient level of briefing for all work undertaken.
  • Scope project briefs and work closely with the appropriate teammates to deliver integrated creative and media initiatives.
  • Actively incorporate agency tools into client planning process and facilitate planning workshops as appropriate.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
  • Work within the client services portfolio team to foster innovation, drive revenue, and deliver excellence for the client.
  • Managing commercial success of clients by:
  • ensuring profitability
  • tackling issues that are leading to unprofitability.
  • managing resource/investment of time/effort according to potential return
  • managing and reporting accurate revenue figures
  • Maintain accurate revenue projections for clients based upon ongoing and planned projects, client timelines, and budgets, reporting any variations in target to Portfolio leads
  • Oversee the financial health of client projects, working with PMO to ensure campaigns are delivered with a healthy margin
  • Report the profitability of each client to Portfolio leads, by analyzing revenue against project costs and making recommendations for improved efficiency
  • Provide real-time client knowledge to enable the Portfolio leads to collaborate with the Growth and Finance teams to forecast new business opportunities to enable efficient scheduling of resources across departments and ultimately ensuring that these align with Just Global's financial goals.
