Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in CRM or similar analytical role is required.
  • Technical skills in data querying, exploration, and analysis through different platforms and technologies (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau, R, Python).
  • Strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with CRM & CDP platforms.
  • Experience with MarTech effort to ensure CRM projects are prioritized and delivered. Familiar with campaign management tools (Braze is ideal, but not required)
  • Familiar with CRM consumer journey and customer retention
Responsibilities:
  • Create overall thinking and approach to customer segmentation/personalization through dynamic testing of the optimal marketing channel, timing, content and offers.
  • Build customers level business goals to drive renewal rate and revenue growth.
  • Interface with industry to bring new technology, best practices, opportunities & approaches
  • Set up an automated, daily process for activating personalized recommendations. (provided by 3rd Party Decision Engine, Next-Best-Everything tools, etc.)
  • Validates AI Decision Engine tool performance reporting against customers single source of truth
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and technical troubleshooting support to help fix pipeline errors and valid results.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing strategies and other data sets to drive optimizations.
  • Deliver innovative and data-driven marketing insights to help inform integrated approaches.
  • Inform and help develop predictive models, machine learning and AI techniques to improve key processes across our business.
  • Regularly deliver analytics, and provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain and improve upon full-funnel customer journey analytics (360 Degrees of customer interaction & measured outcomes including target, reach, penetration, experience, conversion, and optimization).
  • Presentation skills to clearly communicate arguments, insights, and recommendations to marketing leaders.
  • Exemplify experience working with both technical and business teams (Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Engineering) in order to build the key deliverables and to provide an integrated point of view.
