Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, web design, or a related field.
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating web experiences you’ve successfully designed and launched, showcasing your impact on usability, aesthetics, and business goals.
  • Expertise in designing responsive web experiences that are SEO-friendly and highly functional.
  • Strong UI design skills, with a keen eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction patterns that enhance usability and engagement.
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and user-centered design best practices.
  • Experience working within a design system and contributing to its expansion, particularly for web-specific components.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding experience is a plus, but not required).
  • A solid grasp of SEO principles, including page speed optimization, structured data, meta tagging, and information hierarchy.

Responsibilities:
  • Shaping the user experience across Fetch’s marketing site
  • Ensuring both the B2C and B2B sections are intuitive, high-performing, and visually stunning
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to implement SEO best practices through thoughtful design, intuitive layouts, and optimized user flows
  • Refining the website, enhance engagement, and ensure seamless integration with Fetch’s broader design ecosystem
