CLP Operations Leader

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Science or other technical field from an accredited college or university.
• Some experience in Commercial, Operations and/or Program/Project Management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with a Lean mindset; skilled in applying Lean tools to establish and improve upon business operations.
• English fluency, written and oral.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily management for the CLP team to meet or exceed priorities around on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Single point of contact during Global Program Manager absences.
• Maintain consistent global strategy, standard work process rigor, and best practice sharing across teams to operate as one CLP team.
• Point person for organization on hiring, onboarding new CLPs.
• Manage rotation strategy in partnership with Global Program Manager to help functional leaders prioritize and deploy resources across the organization effectively and drive productivity to deliver overall ROI and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement; including guidance on CLP Committees and Standard Work projects.
• Facilitate CLP Training planning, logistics.
• Maintain and analyze data related to the CLP program across multiple systems for all global regions ensuring accurate data quality. Report out hiring, rotation placement, and offboarding across the GE Vernova Organization.
• Coordinate with finance to track global costs of the CLP team in line with the budget and business operating plan.
• Manage CLP usage of tools and technology associated with program management including LP Bridge and Workday.
