Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 10+ years of a combination of market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Passionate about building experiences that people love to use
- Able to think beyond constraints to imagine new ways to engage members
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
- History of consistently delivering results against target metrics
- At home in ambiguous or green field opportunity spaces, with a track record of successfully bringing 0-1 products to market
- Adept at solving problems with limited resources, and proactively advocating for whatever it is you need to succeed
- Strong writer and clear communicator
- Collaborative, and able to drive alignment in a group of stakeholders
- Driven by first principles thinking, you are a great listener and ask thoughtful questions
- Comfortable analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts to understand a problem space, identify opportunities, and propose solutions
- Human-centered product development and Continuous Discovery experience a plus
- Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and build efficient workflows a plus
- Prior experience at a healthcare company a plus
Responsibilities:
- Chart a course to bring elements of Omada’s long term vision to life, leveraging AI to expand the boundaries of virtual-first care
- Create and deliver on an ambitious roadmap for new types of Movement and Activity member experiences that exceed performance targets for engagement, clinical outcomes, and care team productivity
- Cultivate an innovative environment that challenges your cross-functional peers to think in new ways
- Mentor and support other PMs on the team to hone their product management skills
- Establish best practices for proactively tracking progress against corporate and team objectives
