Requirements:

MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license
Experience with end-of-life care is required
Experience in a fast-paced environment: ED, surgical services, or critical care, etc.
Must be comfortable accessing multiple technology applications to document during calls
Ability and comfort with typing in a fast-paced environment
Must have high speed internet
Must be tech savvy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have keyboard competence

Responsibilities:

Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers.
Utilize client-customized protocols for patient-centered, compassionate care.
Access EMRs for charting and utilize internal applications to perform job functions
