• Strong knowledge of SIP protocols, VoIP technologies, and direct routing.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting SIP trunks and PBX systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams Phone System, and SBCs (Session Border Controllers).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve Microsoft Teams telephony issues efficiently.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on voice and network connectivity.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, troubleshoot and optimize SIP receivers within Microsoft Teams.
• Manage Microsoft Teams telephony and voice services, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Integrate and maintain SIP trunks and direct routing configurations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and test VoIP solutions.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to Teams call quality, connectivity, and SIP-based communications.
• Assist in the implementation of security best practices for voice and SIP configurations.
• Provide technical support and documentation for SIP-related setups and policies.
