Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up to date Account and Contact data in OSC as directed by Client Directors / Managers
  • Update sales activities in OSC as directed by Client Directors / Managers
  • Produce and analyse monthly and quarterly production reports
  • Process supplier invoices through Workday and keep track of expenses related to sales activities
  • Be constantly informed of all latest Belmond products’ news, offers, promotions, etc.
  • Provide sales teams with access to the most current presentations, collateral for every Belmond product
  • Assist Client Directors/Managers in organizing, planning and executing all Customer events
  • Assist in setting up and managing product training sessions
  • Support Client Directors/Managers with the organization and delivery of virtual Customer sales events and presentations
  • Manage invitation process to all sales events, RSVPs, follow-ups, and all administrative communications
  • Complete any additional task that is directly related to increase the team of Client Directors/Managers productivity and efficiency
  • Serve as “out-of-office” backup for Client Directors when they are travelling on business
  • Attend and actively contribute to regular sales meetings
  • Master usage of all available BI tools
  • Assist Client Directors and Client Managers in maintaining a clean database of all their owned accounts and contacts
  • Prepare all production, account management and other sales reports as requested by the direct manager.
