Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Sales role is critical, with proven enterprise sales experience and the ability to run entire country operations.
  • Ability to engage in solution-oriented discussions with senior leaders across APAC, including mutual funds, pension funds, and insurance funds.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders of financial institutions.

  • Experience leading the entire sales lifecycle, including accurate forecasting, managing Salesforce, and driving sales meetings.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Navro’s strategy for Hong Kong. Own everything from sales and marketing to operations and compliance.
  • Drive aggressive revenue growth through strategic sales campaigns and high-impact partnerships.
  • Own, craft, and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy, driving expansion and market penetration in Hong Kong.
  • Oversee the entire sales process - from lead generation to closing deals with C-suite executives - ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with fintechs, money remittance companies, and other financial institutions to enhance Navro’s market position and business opportunities.
  • Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing team. Shape the culture from the ground up.
  • Set the vision, craft the go-to-market strategy, and execute with precision.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to expand Navro’s footprint.
  • Build efficient, scalable processes that support growth without the bureaucracy.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer operations to align strategies, drive innovation, and deliver solutions for enterprise customers. Leverage clear communication and teamwork to streamline workflows, resolve challenges, and ensure successful execution of new customer go-lives or existing customer up-sell opportunities.
  • Attend tradeshows, source leads, and follow the sales process while providing detailed reports to the sales management team.
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to the leadership team about pipeline status, performance metrics, and strategic adjustments.
  • Ensure high levels of client retention, contractual health, and overall satisfaction through proactive management and support.
  • Strengthen the connection between customers and Navro’s back-office services to streamline communication and resolve issues effectively.
  • Build strategic relationships with regulators, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Position Navro as a leading Fintech brand in Hong Kong. Be the face of the company in the market.
