Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in high volume recruiting in-house with insurance companies and technology companies.
  • Solid understanding of the insurance landscape, including key roles, industry trends, and challenges.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events) to identify and attract qualified Insurance candidates.
  • Experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from screening resumes to coordinating interviews and extending offers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and contributing to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and the specific requirements of open roles.
  • Create and execute effective strategies to source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of Insurance roles including underwriting, business development, & marketing.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Manage candidate lifecycle in our ATS (Ashby) from coordinating the interview process, scheduling interviews, facilitating assessments, and gathering feedback from interviewers and candidates.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance CompScience’s employer brand and attract top talent in the competitive Insurtech landscape.
