- 15+ years of experience leading product marketing, GTM execution, and multi-channel commercialization in consumer health, medical nutrition, or wellness brands.
- Ability to translate brand and product strategy into commercial execution that drives revenue.
- Experience marketing to healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, caregivers, and consumers.
- Expertise in creating a connected experience across medical, retail, Amazon, and eCommerce.
- Comfort with tracking performance, optimizing spend, and making revenue-driven marketing decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Leads commercial marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth targets and market expansion goals.
- Drives GTM strategy, leading product launches, marketing activations, and demand-driving initiatives.
- Leads omnichannel strategy, ensuring a seamless, integrated experience across all customer and HCP touchpoints—including digital, retail, eCommerce, medical sales, and direct engagement—aligning marketing, service, and interactions to deliver a unified brand experience.
- Leads end-to-end HCP & Consumer marketing strategies that drive both prescription-based recommendations and direct-to-consumer demand.
- Builds and leads a high-performing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
