Must be proficient in utilizing various software applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
Must have familiarity with various work gadgets and applications, including Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and project/task management and calendar tools
Must be resourceful in finding solutions to problems that may arise during work
Must have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Must have an outstanding organizational skills
Must be fluent in English (speaking and in writing)
Must have good time-management skills
Must be available for a full time job
Must have experience in Bookkeeping
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Take minutes during meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports (bookkeeping)
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
