Requirements:
  • Must be proficient in utilizing various software applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
  • Must have familiarity with various work gadgets and applications, including Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and project/task management and calendar tools
  • Must be resourceful in finding solutions to problems that may arise during work
  • Must have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Must have an outstanding organizational skills
  • Must be fluent in English (speaking and in writing)
  • Must have good time-management skills
  • Must be available for a full time job
  • Must have experience in Bookkeeping
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports (bookkeeping)
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
