- Strong background in managing cross-functional projects and working with multiple go-to-market and or tech departments to execute on business objectives.
- Experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and turning insights into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate efforts across Growth, LSM, Program Management, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Spearhead the design and execution of growth-oriented experiments aimed at improving customer acquisition, retention, and multi-sport upselling.
- Analyze data from experiments, customer interactions, and market trends to extract actionable insights.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to identify and address key challenges or blockers impacting the Growth and LSM teams broadly and per Program.
- Partner with the Product and UX teams to gather data, conduct research, and define business requirements that help shape the product roadmap to meet League Operator needs.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring critical timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Keep teams aligned and informed, maintaining momentum on key initiatives without the need for constant meetings.
