Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing both Linux and Windows environments, including server provisioning, configuration, patch management, and monitoring to ensure system reliability and security.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using a variety of programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azure, including managing IaaS/PaaS resources, optimizing cost and performance, and implementing security best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Podman) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS), including deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications in production environments.
- Strong expertise in using version control systems (e.g., Git), configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Chef), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) to automate software deployment and infrastructure changes.
- Experience in administering and optimizing databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent), including backup and recovery, query optimization, and performance tuning to support high-availability and data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement productive developer workflows, with a strong focus on automation.
- Build, optimize, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Collaborate on the design of shared production and non-production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Develop and implement processes to protect customer data, aligning with best practices and compliance standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations to handle emergencies and ensure system reliability.
- Support the team with other duties and initiatives as assigned, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
