Responsibilities:
  • Administer and process all contract-related documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure all contracts are accurate and compliant with regulatory and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records of contracts.
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding contract requirements and status updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of contract reports and summaries for management review.
  • Address and resolve any contract-related queries from customers or staff.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract processes and procedures.
