Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of B2B consulting, customer success, partnership development, account management and/or project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading and growing partnerships or customer relationships across diverse organizations
  • Able to work with all levels of individuals within an organization, up to C-suite leaders, with proven experience supporting clients and executives
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
  • SaaS software experience is a plus
  • Experience working with OEMs, heavy equipment dealerships or equipment rental company a plus
  • Experience working with payment processors or negotiating payment contracts a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university
Responsibilities:
  • Help manage partner relationships
  • Help guide the software partner program
  • Coordinate software integration projects with key strategic partners that drive revenue
  • Manage the growth of Texada Pay
  • Champion our open API partnership program
  • Help build out a partner portal
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Be a trusted, strategic advisor to partners
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and Texada teams to build and simplify processes
  • Track, analyze and communicate key success metrics
