Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (online and desktop versions).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist with year-end closing and preparation for audits.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any financial discrepancies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for financial management.
