Requirements:

Have 4 or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering leadership
Experience leading multiple teams, with sub-teams & a history of having managers report into you
Successful track record of growing leaders into senior leaders & individual contributors
Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality
Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives (recruiting processes, career frameworks, etc) in a prior role
Have prior experience managing complex, long-term projects that touch multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Effective communicator and story-teller. Able to influence cross functional stakeholders and adjacent teams
Have experience driving 0->1 initiatives or AI product development
