Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a product operations, product management or product analytics role running complex projects with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
• Practical and professional experience with SQL and/or Python.
• A strong growth mindset.
• Tech-savviness.
• A good listener and consensus builder with the ability to make hard decisions when required.
• A data-driven approach to decision making wherever possible.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills with fluency in English

Responsibilities:

• Run technical integration projects of new Airline partners and Enterprise Forwarder customers from solution design to launch.
• Enable the cargo.one expansion strategy by supporting our market launches and making our supply globally accessible to freight forwarders.
• Highlight feature gaps with our airline partners and drive adoption projects in order to maximize the offering potential on cargo.one.
• Simplify and automate key monitoring and investigation processes to enable our internal teams and Airline partner to monitor performance efficiently.
• Specify and implement tooling to improve our internal operations and performance monitoring.
• Actively communicate within the organization making sure all the technical and business stakeholders are aligned in our ongoing projects.
