- High proficiency in reading scripting and understanding data variables.
- Experience with high volumes (5 MIL and above) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that seamlessly align with organizational goals, contributing to a strategic and cohesive approach.
- Collaborate with the line manager to review and enhance existing code, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead the development and execution of traveler communications across email and push platforms in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring a unified and impactful messaging experience.
- Manage sophisticated customer segmentation, testing methodologies, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for precision in campaign optimization.
- Ensure accurate delivery of communications across numerous segments with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Own the delivery schedule for assigned campaigns, tracking progress, and providing timely updates, ensuring seamless execution.
- Build and manage audience segments strategically, contributing to targeted impactful communications.
- Troubleshoot technical and data issues related to email and push communications.
