Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in retail tech, eCommerce, or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), marketing automation tools, CRM (Salesforce).
  • Proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue growth through multichannel demand generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and refine target audience segments within enterprise retail, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to generate high-quality pipeline.
  • Identify and implement new demand generation tactics to accelerate lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness and high-quality conversions.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects through the funnel.
  • Develop and execute webinars that engage target accounts and drive lead generation.
  • Partner with content and creative teams to develop high-impact campaign messaging and assets tailored to different buyer personas and funnel stages.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms to execute and optimize demand generation campaigns.
  • Work closely with SDR, Product, and Revenue Operations to align demand generation efforts with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Constructor’s paid agency to set up campaigns, track KPIs, optimize spend to accelerate conversions and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to improve lead scoring, attribution, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance tracking Leads, QCs and key pipeline metrics.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing across email, ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to improve conversion rates.
