Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities:

Analyze the market and identify the needs and goals of the audience.
Formulate learning goals and skills students should develop.
Brief the lecturer and jointly design educational programs.
Distribute tasks within the team and monitor their execution.
Control the process of launching courses from the first lecture to the last diploma.
Analyze materials from the lecturer and implement new methods and approaches in teaching.
Prepare recommendations on the format of online classes, presentation of educational material, and communication of the lecturer with students.
Analyze feedback from students and lecturers + analysis of course effectiveness metrics - attendance, satisfaction, engagement.
Develop a plan to improve courses based on feedback and analytics.
