Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Associate Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role, preferably within an eCommerce or digital environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of online retail dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, or similar) and online sales optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with eCommerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and key performance metrics (conversion rates, cart abandonment rates, etc.).
- Experience working in partnership with UX Design experts and translating UX requirements into functional requirements.
- Experience in all phases of the SDLC for large and complex projects.
- Ability to manage and prioritize efforts and manage personal workload.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment with fixed due dates.
- Strong communication, written, and organizational skills are needed to facilitate organizational requirements from Ultra and Mint’s cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand the complex product, service, and operational behaviors from both a business and technical aspect.
- Ability to manage requirements, tasks, and documents related to multiple independent or dependent projects/programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with product managers on the team’s current objectives so that you can prioritize your workload across multiple Agile lanes.
- Take prioritized items from the product backlog and begin the process of converting them into actionable items for a forthcoming development sprint.
- Work directly with Marketing, Creative Design, and UX Design team members to make sure requirements accurately capture the brand’s voice and design standards, while maintaining a best-in-class user experience.
- Collaborate with our eCommerce teams to prioritize and refine product requirements for key online shopping features.
- Analyze eCommerce metrics and customer behavior data to inform feature enhancements that improve conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and drive overall online sales performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest eCommerce trends (e.g., mobile commerce, social commerce, omnichannel strategies) and digital marketing best practices to ensure our platforms remain competitive and user-centric.
- Coordinate with Solution Architects and Developers to make sure your requirements accurately reflect our system architecture and limitations.
- Work closely with the development team to define and refine requirements, provide clarifications, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Utilize Jira software to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized based on business value and customer needs.
- Participate and manage regular sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review meetings, utilizing Jira to track progress and ensure transparency.
- Work side-by-side with scrum masters who will drive the team’s Agile workflow, and program managers who help organize projects and provide transparency throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to ensure effective coordination of product releases, dependencies, and overall project success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Jira software.
