Requirements:
  • Experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience working in partnership with UX Design experts and translating UX requirements into functional requirements.
  • Experience in all phases of the SDLC for large and complex projects.
  • Experience integrating 3rd party platforms or products into an established technical stack.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry, especially prepaid, is preferable.
  • Ability to lead discussions for internal and external resources.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize efforts and manage personal workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment with fixed due dates.
  • Strong communication, written, and organizational skills are needed to facilitate organizational requirements from Ultra and Mint’s cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand the complex product, service, and operational behaviors from both a business and technical aspect.
  • Ability to communicate with developers and understand programming terminology.
  • Ability to manage requirements, tasks, and documents related to multiple independent or dependent projects/programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Engineering, UX, and stakeholders, to refine requirements and drive product development.
  • Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements for development teams while participating in Agile ceremonies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and analyze data, using insights to optimize product performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate smooth product releases with developers and stakeholders.
  • Research industry trends and competitor offerings to identify innovation opportunities and enhance the product roadmap.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with product knowledge and documentation for customer-facing initiatives.
