• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, speed, and attention to detail to manage the full cycle nature of recruiting work — from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and offer coordination.
• Confidently versed in Kasa’s company mission, values, and employment value proposition.
• Lead discussions related to the hiring process and candidate slates, using data and experience to influence desired outcomes and encourage discussion of sensitive, sometimes contentious, topics.

• Drive the interview process
• Negotiate offers
• Contribute to broader PeopleOps functions like onboarding, vendor management, and other operational needs as they arise
