Requirements:
  • A degree as a certified MTRA, radiology specialist, radiologic technologist and/or biomedical engineer and have active professional clinical/technical certifications required to scan patients in a clinical environment
  • Proven experience in invasive procedures (cardiac catheter laboratory / interventional radiology)
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take measures to optimize
  • Team-oriented and have a strong customer focus
  • Not afraid to be flexible and adapt to changing work environments
  • Be able to travel about 70% of your working time and be on-site with customers
  • Possess a valid driver's license for Germany, class B
  • Fluently speak German and English
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-quality application training at the customer's site to ensure the safe and effective use of GE Healthcare devices and to maximize image quality and productivity
  • Coordinate installations and first clinical applications together with sales, service and the Clinical Education Manager
  • Document training, site visits and customer interactions in accordance with local work instructions
  • Maintain good after-sales relationships and develop long-term customer relationships, coupled with the ability to identify business opportunities and meet customer needs
  • Promote the relevant distinguishing features based on the clinical needs of the customers
  • Continuously develop and improve a network of Key Opinion Leaders within the region
  • Support trade fairs/workshops/show sites/customer visits as required
  • Support the use of digital tools and the digital transformation of Clinical Education
