Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in fast-growing tech startups, with a focus on crypto/fintech industries.
• Deep expertise in Blockchain & Web3, with hands-on experience in DeFi or Web3.
• Proven success in managing B2B products from ideation to go-to-market, including legal, marketing, and sales considerations.
• Strong track record of delivering business results in terms of revenue and key performance metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a strong foundation in product management, including finance, planning, and support.

Responsibilities:
