Proven track record of 2 to 4 years in EPC projects planning and scheduling.
Knowledge of planning and scheduling principles, techniques, and methodologies.
Good knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage detailed schedules for hydropower EPC projects.
Build scenarios to optimize schedules and secure delivery while managing costs.
Define the project strategies with the project core team.
Review and update project schedules as per latest strategy changes, to support decision-making processes.
Identify deviations to the schedule and animate discussions to find solutions.
Identify and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and risks, proposing appropriate mitigation measures to ensure project success at the execution stage.
Ensure adherence to contractual clauses regarding planning and deliverables.
Present and discuss project planning and progress to customers and management.
Prepare planning reports for internal and customer use.
