Requirements:
  • Proven track record of 2 to 4 years in EPC projects planning and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage detailed schedules for hydropower EPC projects.
  • Build scenarios to optimize schedules and secure delivery while managing costs.
  • Define the project strategies with the project core team.
  • Review and update project schedules as per latest strategy changes, to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify deviations to the schedule and animate discussions to find solutions.
  • Identify and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and risks, proposing appropriate mitigation measures to ensure project success at the execution stage.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual clauses regarding planning and deliverables.
  • Present and discuss project planning and progress to customers and management.
  • Prepare planning reports for internal and customer use.
