⏳ Experience: 7-10 years

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of CPG experience, beverage preferred, calling on headquarter buyers for National Accounts with an emphasis on Walmart, Target, and the Club channel.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Ability to travel 35%-40%.
  • Knowledge of DSD systems within the Beverage industry.
  • High IRI and Syndicated data usage knowledge.
  • Experience in building a strategic Joint business plan (JBP) with National Retailers.
  • Thrive in a team selling environment.
  • Knowledge of MULO measured channels a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Organizations MVR policy guidelines.
  • Broker management experience
Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with WM, Target, Costco, BJ’s, and Sam’s Club.
  • Drive volume, revenue and share within assigned National Accounts.
  • Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with each assigned Retailer. Adjust as necessary to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Keurig Dr Pepper National Account team members, internal finance, commercial strategy, RGM, and distribution teams to plan, track and measure overall business.
  • Align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting for all assigned accounts.
  • Manage total trade budgets by brand/account.
  • Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics and specific programming by channel and customer.
  • Work with DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level).
