Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in International Shared Service Centers or equivalent providing operational support and work experience in cross-functional projects.
  • Previous experience working across different time zones, preferably in a 24/5 setup.
  • A fundamental understanding of Advanced Excel skills, preferably in VBA Macros / Complex formulas, HTML, SQL, or programming skills is highly preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process transactions and data.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality service support to our global clients and different functional teams in collaboration with the Client Experience, Employee Experience, Payroll, Finance, IT, International Velocity Global teams, and local service providers across the globe.
  • Provide support for HR-related inquiries and requests from employees and management, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • Ensure all projects and tasks are tracked in the internal ticket management system.
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy and data integrity throughout systems.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, starting early in the day or finishing late in the evening.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and develop good relationships across different functional teams.
