Requirements:

3+ years of recruiting experience.
Experience working on Clinical, Sales and Marketing or Product and Engineering roles
Demonstrated experience closing competitive candidates with multiple offers.
Passion for the candidate experience.
Adaptable and able to take on new initiatives easily.
Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members as a trusted resource.
You have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You have experience sourcing and driving a strong, diverse pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles including Clinical, Sales and Marketing and Product and Engineering.
Ensure a positive, smooth, quick and consistent candidate experience.
Drive the offer process including extending offers, closing candidates, and administering the onboarding process in close partnership with the People Operations team.
Provide expertise in assessing and evaluating talent for the organization.
Serve as an advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Assist in promoting and developing the Equip Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition.
Perform other duties as assigned including recruiting for non-tech roles.
