Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business administration, communications or relevant field required
• Minimum 2 years experience on an operational team in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate ambiguity
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians and technical teams
• Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures
• Proficiency with cloud-based communication and software (Slack, G-suite, Zoom & EMR)

Responsibilities:

• Update provider schedules in line with workflows (ex: short weeks, out of office)
• Collaborate with provider leads to manage instances of provider out of office coverage
• Follow established workflows to create a positive, consistent experience for patients / families when scheduling support is needed
• Conduct proactive outreach to patients with appointment gaps (no shows / cancellations)
• Schedule patients initial intake appointments
• Provide input on workflows to identify opportunities for improvements to improve patient satisfaction with scheduling
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Meet or exceed KPIs assigned to team
• Adapt to organization and team needs as required
