Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-quality short-form video content (1-40 seconds) for platforms including Instagram (Reels & Stories), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Produce 50 video ads weekly with varying messaging to promote offers and brand awareness
  • Utilize provided resources (raw footage, influencer collaborations, and affiliate content) to craft compelling video ads
  • Coordinate with influencers and affiliates to gather additional content for promotional use
  • Strategize and develop content plans for new product launches, incorporating market trends and community insights
  • Monitor audience engagement and feedback to refine messaging and optimize content performance
  • Manage and engage with a 200K+ Instagram community, responding to DMs and ensuring a positive brand presence
  • Monitor and moderate comments to uphold the brand image and filter out inappropriate messages
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with influencers and affiliate partners to maximize brand exposure
  • Organize and filter incoming emails, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows
  • Respond to inquiries and relay important partnership opportunities to the clients
  • Schedule meetings with agencies and partners, ensuring seamless coordination
  • Process and send invoices related to partnerships, managing communication through email and WhatsApp
  • Schedule and confirm meetings for the client, particularly with potential partners
  • Book calls as needed to support ongoing collaborations and business initiative
  • Assist in launching and managing a subscription-based community on Skool, designed to engage photography enthusiasts
  • Support execution tasks such as community events, raffles, and member engagement strategies
  • Help create a dynamic space where customers can share their work, fostering a strong brand-driven community
