Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering with a focus on Technology, such as Electronic, Biomedical, Mechatronics and related Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in electronic engineering, mechanical repair, biomedicine or service of electronic equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Intermediate English.
Responsibilities:
- Work in the resolution of cases in diagnostic imaging equipment, as well as being in charge of carrying out the installation, maintenance and attending to the necessary repair needs in all designated equipment.
- Efficiently execute preventive, corrective, installation and general functional management visits.
- Keep up-to-date and effectively manage administrative responsibilities, such as keeping customer service records and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Learn to communicate effectively with customers to ensure proper resolution and follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain tools and test equipment properly and ensure that they remain properly calibrated.
- Learn to use the escalation process to resolve customer service issues and perform root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem resolution.
- Work as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.
- Have the ability to respond to service calls independently without assistance for cases of average complexity after one year of field experience.
