Requirements:
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills; ability to analyze aging reports and financial data.
  • Solid understanding of invoicing, payment reconciliation, and collections strategies.
  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken; ability to communicate with clients professionally via email, phone, and text.
  • Strong ability to coach, mentor, and manage a team to drive results.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
  • Ability to use Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation, etc.) to figure things out.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of AR Representatives to achieve collections goals.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance productivity within a 10-person team.
  • Assign accounts strategically in collaboration with the AR Manager to optimize collections efforts.
  • Monitor team time tracking, address issues, and conduct analysis to improve efficiency.
  • Generate and analyze aging reports to track outstanding balances and collections progress.
  • Attend client meetings, maintain relationships, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and accounting, to resolve payment discrepancies and streamline workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve AR workflows and efficiency.
  • Manage the internal knowledge base and create training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to internal and external stakeholders, including the AR Manager, detailing team performance and goal achievement.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects assigned by the AR Manager, ensuring timely completion.
