Requirements:

• Proven HR leadership experience, particularly in technology companies or remote-first organizations.
• Strong people management skills with a hands-on approach to day-to-day HR operations.
• Experience in business partnering and working with senior stakeholders to drive HR initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment law across EMEA.
• Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize HR operations.
• Fluent in business English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the regional HR team, ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions.
• Deliver accurate and compliant HR operations with a focus on the employee lifecycle from onboarding to performance management.
• Partner with senior management to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage key HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, and performance assessments to ensure high team performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams like Talent Science and Workplace Engineering to implement HR strategies.
• Coach and advise people managers on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with EMEA labor laws.
