Requirements:

• Fluent in English and German, French or Italian is a plus
• Fully qualified lawyer
• Deep understanding of the legal system in Germany, Switzerland or Austria
• A passion for solving legal challenges in an efficient and solution oriented way
• Rigorous, attentive to detail, and able to provide clear and concise explanations
• Strong communicator
• Strong analytical thinker

Responsibilities:

• Completing customer compliance questionnaires
• Contract negotiations with customers
• Review & approval of supplier contracts
• Maintenance of our legal entities in Europe and further corporate housekeeping
• Maintenance and development of our privacy program
• Ensuring that our policies remain compliant with applicable regulations
