Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the gaming industry, especially in SaaS, 3D technology, animation, or motion capture solutions.
  • Proven experience working with or selling to gaming publishers,  platforms or studios like Activision, Riot Games, Ubisoft, or smaller indie studios.
  • Familiarity with the gaming development cycle and tools used (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, Maya, or motion capture systems).
  • Demonstrated success in closing six-figure or higher deals and managing complex sales cycles with large gaming companies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence key stakeholders at various levels.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented approach, with an ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage and Expand Accounts: Actively engage with and nurture relationships with top gaming companies, converting existing small trial engagements into substantial partnerships.
  • Drive Sales and Growth: Run Proof of Concepts (PoCs), strategize, and close high-value deals to meet aggressive sales targets. You'll be expected to work hands-on and persistently with clients until goals are met.
  • Build Client Relationships: Work closely with clients’ decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs, educate them on our 3D animation capabilities, and build rapport to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support Teams: Collaborate with our product and technical teams to ensure our offering aligns with the unique needs of each partner, identifying and troubleshooting any blockers to adoption.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Drive revenue growth by achieving 10-100x increases in sales from existing gaming customers, with a clear focus on expanding accounts and scaling subscriptions.
