Requirements:
- Experience in doing business/system analysis in the Banking sector
- Experience in a Factoring/SCF software package context would be considered as a plus
- 7 - 10 years’ experience in commercial finance/factoring
- Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus)
- Willingness to learn our platform in depth
- Ability to work autonomously, self-starter and pro-active
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel
Responsibilities:
- Understand Qualco’s SCF solution at detailed levels
- Take part in the design of the evolutions of Qualco’s SCF solution, along with analysis and specifications of Clients needs
- Manage and refine demonstrations and facilitate workshops
- Adjust/write detailed specification documents
- Act as the interface with the client teams and the Qualco Business development teams
- Update the Business development teams with the appropriate information
- Participate in the solution testing phase
- Follow-up of delivery of the ProximaPlus system
- Follow-up during the implementation and maintenance phases
- On-site assistance for clients
- Progressive take-over of some customer relationship management responsibilities
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
