Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Retention Marketing Experience
  • Demonstrated success in email and SMS lifecycle marketing for eCommerce or DTC brands.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine lifecycle marketing strategies, including welcome flows, win-back campaigns, post-purchase journeys, and loyalty programs.
  • Integrate AI-driven personalization and segmentation to improve engagement metrics and overall ROI.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and refine strategies to drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights that inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with data teams to build dashboards and reporting frameworks for client presentations.
  • Maintain high deliverability standards and ensure compliance with GDPR, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
  • Troubleshoot any deliverability issues and implement solutions to maintain sender reputation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—Creative, Product, and Client Strategy—to deliver integrated campaign experiences.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior retention marketers, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
