Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a similar role (airline, logistics or professional services experience is a plus).
Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills, and have excellent analytical capabilities.
The ability to build strong, long-term, value-driven relationships with various stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to be creative, roll up your sleeves, take initiative and take risks in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

Own the P&L of a portfolio of partners and manage their success on the platform.
Lead new airline and freight forwarder integrations, including project management, onboarding.
Set strategies, goals and develop initiatives that drive growth.
Define and execute a growth roadmap, including product development initiatives and market launches, and adoption initiatives that increase growth.
Be a trusted digital advisor to our partners, guiding them through their digital transformation journey.
Work with our Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing & Analytics teams to deliver the best partner experience.
Travel the world to visit and build relationships with our partners from Canada to Singapore.
