Requirements:
  • Higher education in insurance law or equivalent
  • 4 years minimum experience in managing material automobile claims
  • Mastery of the Badinter law
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Organizational skills and rigor
  • Autonomy and responsibility
Responsibilities:
  • Reception, sorting, identification and qualification, registering and dispatching incoming flows (mailboxes, mail) in liaison with the various stakeholders, internal and external (partners, service providers and claims managers)
  • Carrying out management actions on claims files: computer opening of files, data entry, searching for information (telephone, emails) and requests for documents from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Management of material claims within the framework of contractual guarantees (non-guarantee, theft, fire...)
  • The recording of claims declarations, the investigation of files (study of guarantees, analysis of responsibilities, implementation of conservatory measures…), and the implementation of the means necessary to compensate the victims or to exercise the recourse where appropriate,
  • The identification and application of the appropriate legal, jurisprudential and conventional rules,
  • The evaluation and monitoring of technical costs,
  • The selection of auxiliaries and the analysis of the conclusions,
  • The exercise of recourse in the respect of the interests of the company.
  • Provide technical support to our intermediaries (brokers).
  • Register material automobile claims, current and complex, after analysis of the guarantees of the contract and the responsibilities according to the Badinter Law.
  • Settle the material damage of insureds and claims from third parties outside the delegation of our intermediaries
  • Evaluate the files according to the applicable internal procedures
  • Ensure the exercise of possible recourse
  • Ensure the detection of fraud in the context of the management of the files entrusted
  • Provide technical support to our intermediaries (brokers)
  • Writing and monitoring of files within the framework of the CORAL agreement (Echelon Chef de Service and Echelon Direction)
