Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate onboarding.
- Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitors’ recruitment strategies.
- Develop metrics and reports to track recruitment progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
